Valley Ark- Life Along The Rio
The Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas teems with unique animal and plant life. In Valley Ark, poet Jan Seale and photographer Ansen Seale, longtime residents of the region, celebrate this diverse and remarkable world. From sun on rabbit ears to rain on a snake, from the flavor of mesquite to the whine of a mosquito, these fifty pictures with their poetic commentary provide an armchair entree into a corner of Texas that deserves admiration and preservation.
