🦋 About the Festival

Celebrate the awe-inspiring spring migration of monarch butterflies at the 9th Annual Monarch Fest! This family-friendly event features live music, cultural performances, art, nature activities, and a whole lot of pollinator pride. The festival brings together community, conservation, and creativity—right in the heart of McAllen.

📍 Location: Quinta Mazatlán, 600 Sunset Drive
📅 Date & Time: Saturday, April 26, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🎟️ Admission:

• • Free with a recyclable plastic bottle or plastic bag
• • $5 donation at the gate (if not bringing a recyclable item)
• • Children 2 & under are free

To make your visit easier, we’re offering free offsite parking with shuttle service all day long.
📍 Location: 1400 Wichita Avenue (near La Plaza Mall)
🚐 Shuttles will run continuously to and from Quinta Mazatlán.

🎉 Mayors Bug Parade | 11:00 AM

The highlight of the day! Kids, families, and groups are invited to dress up as butterflies, bees, ladybugs, and other pollinators for this whimsical walking parade through the park.
