Dedicated volunteers make a big difference!  Join the Quinta team and help restore habitat, participate in special events, lead a tour, assist in the gift store and more.  There are so many ways to get involved at Quinta Mazatlan.

Areas Needing Volunteers

1. Center for Urban Ecology (CUE)

The CUE focuses on land stewardship and science.  Tasks include invasive species control, park cleanups, wildlife monitoring, bird counts, growing Tiny Forests, special event support and more.

Assist with our lauded special events and programs throughout the year.

3. Environmental Education

Our education team delivers engaging programs to visitors of all ages.  Tasks include program development, teaching material preparation, activity set-ups, guided walks and more.

4. Nature Center Administration

Assist our administrative team with a variety of indoor tasks that help our nature center grow.  Opportunities include assisting with the gift store labeling & organizing, filing, helping guests and more.

5. Communications & Marketing

Assist by promoting educational programs & special events by writing articles, taking photographs, contributing to graphic design work, social media support and more.
